Attic red figure kylix, the "Death of Pentheus" showing on the top figure. Theban women are torn him to pieces, because he did not allow the worship of Dionysos. In the other side of the kylix, figure at bottom, women holding parts of his body, while Dionysos is sitting and drinking with a satyr.
On the top of the kylix, figure at right, a Maenad is holding a cheetah by the tail in her right hand and a thyrsos on her left hand.
