Apollo

This is the bronze statue that was found at Peireaus (port of Athens) in 1959.
The height of the statue is 6 ft. 4 in.
It is the oldest original surviving
bronze (520 BC) and it is believed
that was made in the workshops
of Sikyon.
The motif is similar to that of Apollo Philesios made by Kanachos.
