Stele of Pamphile and Demetrias, late 4th century BC.
In the sculpture, Pamphile
is seated on a throne, extending her hand
to her sister Demetrias,
who is standing. The sculpture is one of the last ones
made, before the issue of the
prohibited law by Demetrious Phalereus in 317 BC, about ornamented tombs.
